We’re excited to share the latest progress on Phase 25 – Fairway at Silver Oak, our newest gated community coming to Carson City. While we are actively moving forward on construction, we do still have a few obligations to complete before we can officially accept deposits or release homes for sale. Our current expectation for the first release is March 2026.
Construction Progress: Lots 48, 49, 50, 53, and 54 will be in our release. With foundations underway, we anticipate our first completed homes arriving in Summer 2026.
What’s Next: Fairway will be a sub-association of Silver Oak Homeowner's Association and and until requirements are met for the HOA, we cannot release. As soon as we receive approval to begin taking deposits, we will formally announce the release. Interest remains high, and we’ll continue to share updates as we move into the new year.
Community Overview: Fairway at Silver Oak will be a gated, luxury single-story community with quarterly HOA dues anticipated at approximately $200+. Many homesites will offer beautiful golf course views, with the first release focusing on the east side of the development off Talon Street and to White Hawk. Model homes will be located at the entrance on Oak Ridge, Lots 1–4, and will not be offered for sale.
Floor Plans & Design: Three and four bedroom options with three car garages, including some tandem layouts. Optional small boat or RV-height garage (same footprint, added vertical clearance—different from the RV garages in Red Leaf). All homes will be built on crawl space foundations with a strong emphasis on luxury design and premium construction.
Luxury Features & Included Finishes: A curated collection of luxury interior upgrades available. We will continue to offer the high-end features that have set The Reserve and Red Leaf apart from other production builders. Expected standard and optional features include:
- 10' ceilings
- 8' interior and exterior doors
- 2x6 exterior construction
- Low-E windows
- Enclosed eaves
- Paver driveways, patios, and walkways
- Fully insulated and finished garages
- Fireplaces: A 42" gas fireplace will be standard in the great room, with an upgrade available for a modern linear fireplace. Some plans can also accommodate a covered patio outdoor fireplace.
