Four floor plans to choose from ranging from 2100 SF to nearly 2500 SF. 3 and 4 bedroom options with some offering RV garages for small trailers and boats or just extra space! The RV garage options do not change the footprint of the floor plan, but it does give a higher garage door.
There will be two large phases and homes will be released at foundation. We expect to be able to release five to seven homes at a time beginning this winter. We do not have an estimated timeline on release or release of any further details. See below update.
We will have a base price for plans as well as lot premiums, at this time pricing is still to be determined but expected to range from the upper $700's to upper $900's depending on lots and upgrades.

We’re excited to share the latest progress on Phase 25 – Fairway at Silver Oak, our newest gated community coming to Carson City. While we are actively moving forward on construction, we do still have a few obligations to complete before we can officially accept deposits or release homes for sale. Our current expectation for the first release is January or February 2026.
Community Overview
Fairway at Silver Oak will be a gated, luxury single-story community with quarterly HOA dues anticipated at approximately $200. Many homesites will offer beautiful golf course views, with the first release focusing on the east side of the development off Talon Street. Model homes will be located at the entrance on Oak Ridge, Lots 1–4, and will not be offered for sale.

Construction Progress
We have already begun foundations on select homes. Current spec home starts include: Lots 48, 49, 50, 53, and 54. With foundations underway, we anticipate our first completed homes arriving in Summer 2026.
What’s Next
As soon as all requirements are satisfied and we receive approval to begin taking deposits, we will formally announce the release. Interest remains high, and we’ll continue to share updates as we move into the new year.
