Four floor plans to choose from ranging from 2100 SF to nearly 2500 SF. 3 and 4 bedroom options with some offering RV garages for small trailers and boats or just extra space! 

There will be two large phases and homes will be released at foundation. We expect to be able to release five to seven homes at a time beginning this winter.

We will have a base price for plans as well as lot premiums, at this time pricing is still to be determined but expected to range from the upper $700's to upper $900's depending on lots and upgrades.
